- Job Title – Purchase Manager Job Location – Bhiwandi, Maharashtra Experience – 15
- 20 yrs into Purchase & procurement into construction & Real estate (5 -6 yrs Team handling experience required) Industry – Real-estate & construction only. Department – Purchase (Engineering – construction) Working Days – Monday to Saturday (All Saturday working) – 10 AM TO 7PM Job Responsibilities –
· Vendor development and management
· Purchase order preparation and follow up
· Material planning and procurement
· Price negotiation and cost control
· Coordination with site, store and accounts department
· Maintaining procurement records and reports
· Ability for managing store and inventory
· Ability to do cost analysis
· Ensuring timely delivery of materials. Qualification –
· Any Graduate / MBA / Relevant Qualification
· 15 – 20yrs into Purchase & Procurement into Real Estate (Commercial Projects)
· 5-6 yrs team handling experience required into purchase in Real Estate & construction. Skills
