Job Description Location: Bhiwandi (Thane) Salary: 50K-80K Designation : Interior Sales&Design Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Interior Sales&Design Executive who can handle client interactions, understand requirements, prepare design concepts, and convert leads into successful projects. The candidate should have good communication skills along with knowledge of interior designing and sales coordination. Roles&Responsibilities: Attend and manage client inquiries through calls, meetings. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable interior design solutions. Prepare layout plans, mood boards, quotations, and presentations. Coordinate with the design and production team for project execution.Generate leads and follow up with potential clients. Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and achieve targets. Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Assist clients in material selection, color combinations, and space planning. Prepare BOQ and project costing as per client requirements.Ensure timely project updates and customer satisfaction. Handle project discussions from initial briefing till final closure. Required Skills: Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of interior designing and space planning. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D software preferred.Strong sales and negotiation skills. Client handling and presentation skills. Ability to work on multiple projects. Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. MBA / Sales background can be an added advantage.
