Type Full time role Location -Bhumi World, Bhiwandi (Kalyan Phata)Working Days: Monday to Saturday Qualifications - Graduation is a must. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Logistics. Strong coordination and communication skills Proficient in MS Office. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Responsibilities - Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including pickup, transit, and delivery.Manage both B2B and B2C shipment processes, ensuring TAT . Work closely with courier partners, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch and timely delivery. Track shipments through dedicated portals and provide timely updates. Demonstrate strong follow-up and coordination skills to ensure closure of all logistics activities.Maintain and update the Daily Status Report (DSR) accurately. Handle shipment processing tasks such as label generation and dispatch documentation. Possess knowledge of E-way bill generation and related compliance. Understanding of Incoterms will be an added advantage. Ensure SOPs are followed consistently.Monitor TAT , taking proactive measures to resolve potential delays. Maintain an extremely customer-centric approach with the ability to handle and convince customers effectively when required. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and formulas. Exhibit high levels of punctuality, ownership, and accountability in all tasks.Skillsets - Ability to reconcile freight invoices. Knowledge of shipping tools such as Locus and ClickPost will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of Pan-India logistics operations&Terminologies Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Demonstrates flexibility, transparency, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Excellent team player with strong coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
