Sales Channel Sales Support Handle customer and dealer inquiries related to products pricing and availability Prepare quotations sales orders and proforma invoices Coordinate with channel partners dealers distributors for stock updates order follow-ups and scheme communication Maintain proper sales records leads database and MIS reports Support field sales team with back-office documentation and customer communication Service Coordination Log customer service calls and assign them to technicians service team Track service status and ensure timely resolution Maintain service records warranty claims and AMC follow-ups Communicate with customers regarding service updates complaints and feedback Coordinate with the technical team for spare availability and replacement dispatch General Coordination Bridge communication between sales service accounts and logistics teams Assist in dealer communication regarding new products offers and updates Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00
