Customer Support Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a qualified attitude.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. Meet customer service targets and KPIs. Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valuable problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software. Patience, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). Previous experience in customer service/support is an advantage. Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualities:
Positive attitude and teamwork skills. Robust listening abilities. Time management and organizational skills.
Salary: Depends on experience and company standards.
