Description
Duties & Responsibilities: Making day-to-day Entries in Enquiry Software.
Make a Production Order & send the same to the Production team.
Make an Export Invoice & send the same to the Dispatch Team.
Making Proforma Invoice (Export).
Updating all Google sheets (Regarding Dispatches, Export Invoice both Commercial and Sample, etc.): Make sure that all Google sheets are updated at the end of every day.
Sending Dispatch Details of Domestic Customers.
Generating E-way Bill (Both Export & Domestic).
Making Quotation too.
Taking Outstanding follow-up of Domestic Customers if any.
Sending basic Mail of Material / Items / Products.
Taking day-to-day follow-up of readiness of material against each Production order from the Production team & informing same to their respected salesperson.
Arranging shipment pick up through DHL / FEDEX / TNT.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹22,000.00 per month
