About the Role We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Supply Chain Manager to lead Last Mile Operations for our premium sofa business. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery, installation, customer experience, logistics optimization, and operational excellence across the last-mile network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in furniture, large-appliance, e-commerce, or bulky-goods logistics and a proven ability to manage delivery partners, installation teams, and customer-facing operations. - .Ensure timely, damage-free delivery and installation at customer locations
- .Monitor delivery SLAs, installation TATs, and customer satisfaction metrics
- .Drive operational efficiency across hubs, warehouses, and delivery partners .Logistics & Partner Managemen
- tManage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation partners
- .Develop and monitor partner scorecards covering cost, service quality, delivery success rate, and customer feedback
