Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri. The Shift Incharge will oversee daily logistics operations, supervise and coordinate the workforce, manage schedules, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments. The responsibilities include monitoring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with company policies, ensuring safety protocols, and addressing operational challenges promptly. Strong leadership and organizational skills are crucial for this role to ensure seamless workflow and team productivity. Qualifications
