Job Title: Coding Educator for Kids

Job Overview:

We are looking to onboard a Coding Educator for Kids who can deliver engaging and easy-to-understand programming lessons for school-age learners. The role focuses on building robust foundational skills in coding through interactive and simplified teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver coding lessons tailored for school-age students

Teach fundamental concepts such as logic building, problem-solving, and basic programming

Create engaging content using tools like Scratch or other beginner-friendly platforms

Record video lectures or conduct live sessions in a explicit and interactive manner

Develop structured lesson plans aligned with student learning levels

Simplify complex concepts to make learning fun and accessible

Collaborate with the academic/content team for quality improvement

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Solid understanding of basic programming concepts and logic building

Familiarity with beginner-friendly coding platforms like Scratch

Ability to teach in a simple, engaging, and student-friendly manner

Good communication skills

Basic technical knowledge for online teaching (screen recording, presentations, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Prior experience teaching coding to kids or creating educational content
