- Manage and grow Agency Channel business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/advisors
- Drive business generation through field activities and agent engagement
- Support agent activation, productivity, and retention
- Achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory
- Conduct regular market visits and business meetings
- Provide guidance and support to agents for business growth Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel
- Robust communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with field sales role
