About The Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating seamless user-friendly and engaging digital experiences You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs translate them into intuitive designs and ensure products deliver outstanding usability and value Role and Responsibilities Conduct user research through interviews surveys usability testing and analytics to understand user needs and pain points Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive user-friendly designs Create wireframes user flows prototypes and high-fidelity mock ups to communicate design ideas Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to define user experience strategies and design solutions Ensure consistency in design systems style guides and component libraries across platforms Apply usability principles and accessibility standards to deliver inclusive digital experiences Test and iterate designs based on feedback user behaviour and data insights Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction HCI Computer Science Information Technology Fine Arts or related field Certification or coursework in UI UX Design Interaction Design or Graphic Design is a plus Internship or project experience in UX UI design preferred academic projects also acceptable Technical Skills Basic understanding of User Experience UX principles and User- Centred Design UCD Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools e g Figma Adobe XD InVision Familiarity with UI design tools like Photoshop Illustrator or Canva Ability to conduct user research usability testing and user journey mapping Robust visual design sense
