Job Description

Avyaan Management Pvt Ltd is hiring contributors for an exciting AI Ergonomics Video Data Collection Project focused on supporting Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision technologies.

The project involves recording real-world first-person POV (Point of View) videos to help AI systems better understand human activities, ergonomics, object interaction, workflows, and indoor environments.

Selected candidates will capture natural day-to-day activities using iPhone devices while following defined recording and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Record real-life indoor activities using iPhone devices
- Capture videos in first-person POV format (head-mounted recording)
- Ensure proper visibility of hands and object interactions
- Follow all project quality, lighting, and recording guidelines
- Upload captured videos through the designated application platform
- Maintain natural, meaningful, and non-staged activity recordings
- Follow operational SOPs and compliance requirements

Mandatory Requirements

- Candidate must own an iPhone 11 or above
- Ultra-wide camera support is mandatory
- Strong internet / high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity required
- Comfortable with video recording activities
- Indoor recording setup preferred
- Bhopal-Based Contributor – Company Device Model

Eligibility Criteria

- Only candidates from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh can apply
- Company will provide iPhone devices
- Strong internet / good speed connectivity is mandatory
- Comfortable handling company-issued devices
- Daily coordination may be required

Quality Standards

Videos Must

- Be recorded in first-person POV format
- Maintain visible hand movements during activities
- Have proper lighting and camera clarity
- Avoid excessive camera shake
- Follow all project safety and compliance standards

- NSFW or inappropriate content
- Unsafe or illegal activities
- Children appearing in videos
- Fake or staged recordings
- Poor lighting or blurred videos
