Job Title : Resident Construction Manager (Refinery Construction Project) Job Role :Responsible for end-to-end execution of refinery and industrial construction Projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, cost, quality, and safety parameters and compliance standards through hands-on involvement in planning, coordination, and site resource management. The Position requires strong execution capabilities in RCC works, finishing activities, MEP and coordination with consultants, clients, and site teams. Qualification Required : B. E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience : 08-15 years total experience in refinery /Oil & Gas/ Industrial Civil construction projects. Location : BPCL Refinery, Bina, Sagar, MP. Key Competencies: 1.
