You’ll be responsible for driving real, measurable organic growth. Research high‑intent keywords and uncover new ranking opportunities Execute on‑page SEO: meta tags, internal linking, schema, content optimization Build strong off‑page signals: backlinks, outreach, guest posts Run technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with dev Work with content team to create SEO‑first landing pages & blogs Track performance using GA, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush Improve page speed, crawlability, and mobile performance Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions — and act fast when needed Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance insights What You Need to Bring 1–2 years of hands‑on SEO experience Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page & technical SEO Experience with SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog) Ability to analyze data and turn it into action Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus Strong communication and reporting skills Hunger to learn, experiment, and grow Who Thrives at Bag2Bag People who take ownership, not instructions People who move fast and deliver People who love solving problems, not creating them People who bring energy, discipline, and a positive vibe to the team If you’re someone who wants to just do tasks , this isn’t for you.
