This role combines clinical excellence, program leadership, and strategic development to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while advancing research and education.Candidate Profile MD (or equivalent) with board certification in Hematology/Oncology and subspecialty training in Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplantation. Formal fellowship training in BMT. Minimum of 5 years post-fellowship clinical experience in BMT. Demonstrated expertise in autologous and allogeneic transplantation, including haploidentical and MUD procedures.Proven leadership in multidisciplinary clinical environments. Strong academic track record, including research publications and clinical trial involvement.
