Senior Manager– International Sales&Business Development, Bhopal

Experience 10–15 Years Location Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Work From Office – 6 Days) Industry Preference Basmati Rice / Food Export / FMCG / Agri Commodities / International Trading Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the international sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.Develop and expand business across Middle East, Europe, USA, Africa, Asia, and other global markets. Identify, appoint, and manage importers, distributors, and channel partners. Build country-wise sales strategies and market expansion plans. Own annual export sales targets, profitability, and business growth.Manage strategic global accounts and long-term customer relationships. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and annual agreements. Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth shipment execution. Monitor LC, payment collections, export documentation, and order fulfilment.Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand. Conduct weekly sales reviews, pipeline discussions, and performance coaching for team members. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.
