Application Support Analyst - Ticketing System, Bhopal

Hiring office located in Kanpur Key Responsibilities: Handle basic IT support tickets for third-party and custom applications used in production and manufacturing. Participate in system rollouts, upgrade testing, and other project-related tasks. Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams for deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions.Monitor application performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure system availability. Document issues, resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles. Provide basic training and system walkthroughs to end-users on new features and updates. Configure, maintain, and support manufacturing-specific applications, including integrations and database queries.Maintain documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions. Deliver technical support and training for end-users on new updates or applications. Ensure familiarity with custom database-driven applications. Understand and apply programming/scripting languages such as SQL, Python, .NET, and Java.Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and change control processes. Understand Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP platforms, and third-party database-driven applications.
