Job Description Position Title: Production Operations Manager Location: Bhopal, MP Experience Required: 5+ years Role Summary We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Production Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end event production, vendor coordination, and on-ground operations.The ideal candidate should possess an established vendor network within the events industry, enabling efficient sourcing, negotiation, and execution while maintaining cost control and quality standards.This role requires strong operational leadership, budget management skills, and the ability to deliver flawless events under tight timelines and high-pressure environments.Key Responsibilities Handle complete production planning from concept to execution. Oversee fabrication, branding, stage setup, sound, light, LED, and technical requirements. Conduct site recce and feasibility analysis. Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (fabricators, AV teams, artists, logistics, etc.)Ensure quality control and timely delivery. Supervise production crew and on-ground staff. Coordinate closely with creative and client servicing teams. Negotiate vendor pricing to maintain profitability. Manage transportation, permissions, manpower, and material movement. Handle on-site execution and troubleshoot real-time issues.Maintain event quality standards. Core Competencies Strong knowledge of event production, fabrication, and technical setups. Excellent vendor network in the local market. Strong negotiation and budgeting skills. Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines. Leadership and team management abilities.Hands-on experience in corporate events, exhibitions, government events, or large-scale productionsand Operations.
