Role Summary We are hiring a Finance Operations Manager to drive financial performance across the business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a traditional reporting role. The successful candidate will: Own financial tracking and reporting Drive accountability across teams Improve cash flow and operational efficiency Actively contribute to revenue performance and decision-making This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable pushing teams to improve financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Tracking & Reporting Produce weekly KPI reports covering: Revenue vs target Cash position Pipeline / sales performance Collections / receivables Ensure all financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable Build and maintain simple, clear dashboards 2. Cash Flow & Collections Actively manage accounts receivable and collections Work with internal teams to improve cash conversion Identify and resolve delays in payments 3. Operational Finance Ownership Track project costs and profitability Work directly with team leads to: Monitor spend Improve efficiency Reduce waste Hold teams accountable to financial targets 4. Driving Financial Performance Identify key issues affecting revenue and profitability Recommend explicit, practical actions to improve performance Follow through and ensure actions are implemented Push teams toward better financial discipline and outcomes 5.
