The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving residential project sales, including managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client inquiry handling to deal closure and post-sales coordination. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with prospective buyers, brokers, and channel partners, conducting site visits, presenting project features, and negotiating terms. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, maintain accurate documentation and reports, and coordinate closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategies and business growth. Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to understand customer needs, explain project features and benefits clearly, and handle objections professionally.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills, including experience managing CRM tools, sales reports, and contract paperwork.
- Knowledge of the local Bhopal real estate market, residential projects, and channel partner ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, including conducting regular site visits, project tours, and in-person meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience in real estate is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to adopt new sales and reporting systems.
