Job Title Data Entry & Back Office Executive Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Back Office Executive to manage data entry tasks, maintain records, and support daily administrative operations. The candidate should be accurate, organized, and proficient in computer applications. Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of information before entry.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
- Maintain digital and physical records.
- Handle back-office administrative tasks and support operational teams.
- Process forms, invoices, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information. Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills
- Experience in data entry or back-office operations.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and office management software. Salary
- As per company standards and candidate experience. Working Hours
