Job Title: Coding Educator for Kids

Location: Bhopal (Work from Office)

Job Overview:

We are looking to onboard a Coding Educator for Kids who can deliver engaging and

easy-to-understand programming lessons for school-age learners. The role focuses on building

strong foundational skills in coding through interactive and simplified teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:


- Design and deliver coding lessons tailored for school-age students
- Teach fundamental concepts such as logic building, problem-solving, and basic programming
- Create engaging content using tools like Scratch or other beginner-friendly platforms
- Record video lectures or conduct live sessions in a clear and interactive manner
- Develop structured lesson plans aligned with student learning levels
- Simplify complex concepts to make learning fun and accessible
- Collaborate with the academic/content team for quality improvement Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Robust understanding of basic programming concepts and logic building
- Familiarity with beginner-friendly coding platforms like Scratch
- Ability to teach in a simple, engaging, and student-friendly manner
- Good communication skills
- Basic technical knowledge for online teaching (screen recording, presentations, etc.) Preferred Qualifications:


- Background in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Prior experience teaching coding to kids or creating educational content
