Factory MIS & Workforce Systems Executive (Madhya Pradesh)

We're building workforce systems from the ground up — across factories and construction sites. This isn't a maintain-what-exists role. We're building a Factory Operating System across our manufacturing plants and a cloud-based HRMS across 10–20 construction sites pan-India — Bridges, Dams, Canals, Pipelines. We need someone who has done this kind of work before and wants to own it end to end. ───────────────────────────────── & Manufacturing Plants

· Multi-Location Head Office, Hyderabad | Travel: Bhopal, Bengaluru 5 Years Experience — Non-Negotiable ───────────────────────────────── ' : → Attendance, shift roster, OT & leave systems across plants and sites → Payroll input discipline and monthly MIS for the HR Director → Power BI dashboards — headcount, OT spend, compliance status, costs → Excel-based Factory Operating System for manufacturing operations → Cloud HRMS rollout across construction sites — configure, train, stabilise → Statutory compliance across PF, ESI, TDS, Factories Act & CLRA : ✅ Advanced Excel — Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH ✅ Power BI — operational dashboards, not just pretty charts ✅ HRMS systems experience — rollout, configuration, field team training ✅ Multi-site workforce management — plants or construction sites or both ✅ PF / ESI / TDS / Factories Act / CLRA — working knowledge, not just awareness ✅ 5 years, hands-on, manufacturing or construction — genuinely non-negotiable ───────────────────────────────── ' : You've built systems, not just run reports. You're as comfortable on a factory floor or a remote construction site as you are in front of a spreadsheet. You take a problem from definition to working system — without waiting to be told what to do next. Preferred background: Steel / Pipe / Process / Industrial
