Quality Control Officer (Madhya Pradesh)

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused QC Officer/Executive to support quality control operations for raw materials, in-process materials, finished goods, and packaging components. The candidate should have hands-on experience in laboratory testing, documentation, GMP practices, and quality compliance within the pharma, cosmetics, or personal care manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, understanding of quality systems, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, bulk products, finished goods, and packaging materials Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and internal quality standards Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation accurately Conduct routine quality checks and in-process inspections Handle sample collection, stability samples, and retain samples Support investigations related to OOS, deviations, and non-conformances Coordinate with production and QA teams for quality-related activities Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments Participate in audits and ensure audit readiness Monitor housekeeping, safety, and hygiene practices within the QC laboratory Candidate Profile 0.5–5 years of experience in Quality Control Experience in cosmetics, pharma, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing preferred Valuable understanding of QC documentation and laboratory practices Familiarity with GMP/GLP standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy Educational Qualification B.Pharm / M.Pharm candidates will be considered Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n9ncv
