Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in steel structure fabrication and erection for industrial/commercial projects. The candidate will oversee fabrication activities, coordinate site execution, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise steel fabrication and structural erection works. Review structural and structural drawings. Coordinate with fabrication workshop, vendors, and project teams. Ensure welding quality, dimensional accuracy, and safety compliance. Monitor project schedules and resolve technical challenges. Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience in steel structure fabrication/PEB/industrial projects. Knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding standards, and erection methodology. Ability to manage contractors and site teams.
