Job Title: Department Executive Industry: FMCG / Cleaning & Hygiene Products Department: Production / Operations Location: Mancheswar Experience Required: 2–5 Years Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production, or related field Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and experienced Department Executive for our Soap, Detergent Powder, and Phenyl manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, maintaining product quality, handling manpower, and ensuring smooth plant operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities of soap, detergent powder, and phenyl products. Monitor raw material usage and production planning. Ensure product quality standards are maintained during manufacturing. Handle production staff and coordinate shift activities. Maintain production records and reporting documentation. Ensure hygiene, safety, and GMP practices in the production area. Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance departments. Reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency. Ensure timely completion of production targets. Monitor machine performance and report any technical issues. Required Skills Knowledge of soap, detergent, and phenyl manufacturing processes. Positive leadership and team management skills. Basic knowledge of quality control and safety standards. Problem-solving and communication abilities. Ability to work under production targets and deadlines. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in FMCG or chemical manufacturing industry preferred. Familiarity with mixing, batching, packing, and formulation processes. Computer knowledge for reporting and documentation. Salary Best in Industry / Negotiable based on experience.
