We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Operations&Compliance Executive to join our team. This role is a unique mix of indoor back-office operations and outdoor liaison work. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and confidently represent the company during visits to banks, government offices, and external agencies.1.Compliance&Legal Support Review, maintain, and renew company licenses, permits, and legal registrations. Understand basic legal documentation, agreements, and contracts, ensuring company policies align with local regulations. Monitor regulatory updates and ensure the business complies with all government norms.2. Banking&Government Liaisoning Physically visit banks, financial institutions, and government offices (such as municipal corporations, labor departments, or tax offices) to submit documents, resolve issues, and secure approvals. Build and maintain positive professional relationships with government officials, bank managers, and external vendors.Coordinate and follow up closely on pending documentation with external departments. 3. Back-Office&Operations Management Manage day-to-day administrative paperwork, data entry, and digital record-keeping. Coordinate with internal teams (such as accounts, management, and field staff) to ensure smooth business operations. Prepare operational reports, letters, and official correspondence for banks and government authorities.Reqired skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law (B.A. LL.B / Gen Law), or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in back-office operations, banking coordination, or legal liaison roles. Legal Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of corporate compliance, documentation, and government paperwork.Communication: Excellent written and spoken English for professional correspondence, with strong local language skills for effective liaisoning. Mobility: Must be comfortable with regular local travel for bank and government office visits. (Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred).Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and handling online government portals.
