The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with all relevant codes while optimizing cost and material efficiency.Key Responsibilities: - Design and analyze structural components for residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings - Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and reports - Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers for seamless execution- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities for structural accuracy - Review and approve construction materials and methodologies - Identify and resolve structural issues during design and execution phases - Optimize designs to achieve cost-effectiveness without compromising safety- Provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders Requirements&Skills: - Strong knowledge of structural design principles and construction techniques - Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, or SAP2000 - Good understanding of Indian Standards (IS Codes) and building regulations - Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and coordination abilities - Attention to detail and commitment to quality Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) - Master's Degree in Structural Engineering preferred Salary&Benefits: - Competitive salary package - Performance-based incentives - Opportunities for career growth and development - Exposure to diverse residential and commercial projects - Supportive and collaborative work environment
