Job Title: Waiter/ steward&Continental chef Location: Bhubaneswar Experience Required: 2+ years in F&B or QSR operations Education: Graduate (Hospitality or Management preferred) Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the café ensuring smooth functioning Manage and train café staff for efficiency and customer service excellence Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure minimal wastageHandle customer complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction Ensure hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards are met Achieve sales targets and manage cost control Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports Coordinate with central teams for audits, promotions, and complianceKey Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of café operations, POS systems, and inventory management Ability to work under pressure and multitask Customer-focused mindset Along with Cafe/ Restaurant Manager We also have vacancies for Continental Chef and Service Team Members.
