Job Title: Despatch Executive Company: Ganpati Homez Location: Bhubaneswar Experience Required: 2–4 Years Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Job Summary: Ganpati Homez is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Despatch Executive to manage material dispatch operations, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth movement of products from warehouse/showroom to customer sites. The candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to maintain accurate dispatch records. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily dispatch and delivery operations efficiently
- Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, and invoices
- Coordinate with warehouse, installation team, and transport vendors
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to customer locations
- Verify material quantity and quality before dispatch
- Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and delivery reports
- Track pending deliveries and follow up with concerned departments
- Handle loading/unloading coordination when required
- Ensure proper communication with customers regarding delivery schedules
- Maintain discipline and accuracy in dispatch processes Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or store operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries
