Job Summary

Ganpati Homez is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Despatch Executive to manage material dispatch operations, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth movement of products from warehouse/showroom to customer sites. The candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to maintain accurate dispatch records.

Key Responsibilities Handle daily dispatch and delivery operations efficiently Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, and invoices Coordinate with warehouse, installation team, and transport vendors Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to customer locations Verify material quantity and quality before dispatch Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and delivery reports Track pending deliveries and follow up with concerned departments Handle loading/unloading coordination when required Ensure proper communication with customers regarding delivery schedules Maintain discipline and accuracy in dispatch processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate in any discipline 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or store operations Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch documentation Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries Experience in interior, furniture, construction, or modular industry preferred
