The candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of proposals to secure new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities Identify government and private sector bidding opportunities. Review bid documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and contractual requirements. Coordinate with estimation, procurement, engineering, and management teams for proposal preparation. Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions.Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals. Manage e-procurement and online bidding portals. Track bid status, clarifications, addendums, and award notifications. Maintain records of submitted bids and business outcomes. Requirements and skills Strong understanding of bidding processes, construction contracts, BOQs, e-procurement platforms, MS Office proficiency, analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
