Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, organizational abilities, and a willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with departments.

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee data in HRMS.

- Assist in payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities.

- Coordinate training and development activities.

- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.

- Handle employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management.

Requirements Required Skills:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes.

- Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office.

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
