Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our workshop team at Bhuj location. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requirements, vehicle job card preparation, coordination with workshop teams, and ensuring timely service delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Attend customer vehicle complaints and understand service requirements Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates to customers Coordinate with technicians/workshop team for smooth repair process Ensure timely delivery of vehicles Maintain proper follow-up with customers regarding service updates Promote service-related products and value-added services Handle breakdown and emergency service coordination when required Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns Ensure proper documentation and workshop process compliance

Required Skills:

Valuable communication and customer handling skills Basic technical knowledge of commercial vehicles Ability to coordinate effectively with workshop teams Problem-solving and multitasking ability Knowledge of workshop operations and service processes

Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Automobile preferred)

Experience:

Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply Experience in automobile/commercial vehicle industry will be preferred
