Guest Relation Executive (GRE) – Company: Eagleton The Golf Resort Department: Front Office / Guest Relations Location: Bengaluru Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and guest-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience for all guests at the resort. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with departments for smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Build positive guest relationships through personalized service.
- Support guest feedback and daily operational reporting. Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled grooming and customer-focused attitude.
