Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and guest-focused Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience for all guests at the resort.

Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out. Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally. Coordinate with departments for smooth guest experiences. Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards. Build positive guest relationships through personalized service. Support guest feedback and daily operational reporting.

Requirements Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled grooming and customer-focused attitude. Versatile to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
