Job Summary

We are looking for a guest-focused Guest Relation Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high hospitality standards across the resort.

Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests, including VIP arrivals. Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally. Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. Maintain guest satisfaction and service standards. Build robust guest relationships through personalized service. Support upselling of resort facilities and services. Prepare guest feedback and operational reports.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. 4–8 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office. Robust communication and problem-solving skills. Professional grooming and customer-focused attitude. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
