Role Description We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Latur. The Senior HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
