Business Development Executive Experience: 2–4 Years Focus: Lead Generation & Sales Support Target Markets: US / UK / Europe / Middle East Role Objective The Business Development Executive is the engine of our sales pipeline. Your primary goal is to identify potential clients, initiate the first point of contact, and qualify leads to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities for the senior sales team. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Execute high-volume outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads. Market Research: Deep-dive into target accounts, industries, and decision-maker profiles within the US and European markets. Prospect Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand business requirements and schedule meetings/demos for BDMs. CRM Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM data, tracking all lead activities, follow-ups, and pipeline updates. Sales Support: Assist in drafting presentations, proposals, and marketing-led campaign activities. KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach targets and lead conversion metrics. Brand Representation: Act as the first point of contact, professionally representing company IT offerings to global prospects. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must). Resilient, persistent, and comfortable with cold outreach. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Basic understanding of IT services and the software development lifecycle.
