The company partners with franchise owners (FOFO model) to expand market reach and improve customer engagement through localized experience centers. Role Overview The Business Development Manager – FOFO will drive growth by generating high-quality leads, building strong on-ground partnerships, and supporting franchise (FOFO) operations. Responsible for expanding Confidential company’s market presence in assigned territories. A field-intensive role suited for professionals who enjoy relationship building, exploring new opportunities, and achieving aggressive business targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Field Outreach Visit residential communities, builders, architects, and channel partners to generate high-intent leads. Conduct field activations, local marketing events, and promotional activities. Build robust relationships with RWAs, property managers, and real estate networks for continuous lead flow. Achieve monthly lead-generation targets through offline channels. Business Development & FOFO Support Collaborate closely with FOFO franchise owners to achieve business targets and plan local area strategies. Identify and build partnerships that drive walk-ins to franchise experience centers. Track competitor activities, market trends, and insights to support franchise growth. Sales Collaboration Coordinate with design and sales teams for smooth lead handover and conversion. Follow up on leads to ensure appointments and studio visits. Support customer engagement initiatives at the studio when required. Reporting & Compliance Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly trackers for outreach activities and performance. Ensure brand guidelines are followed during marketing and promotional activities. Provide performance updates and territory growth plans to the regional manager.
