Business Development Manager (BDM)
Experience: 5+ Years
Focus: IT Services (Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Product Engineering)
Target Markets: US / UK / Europe / Middle East
Role Objective
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closure. You will act as a strategic partner to enterprise and mid-market clients, engaging with CXOs to deliver high-value IT solutions and meet aggressive revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Drive end-to-end sales cycles for IT services, including Cloud, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation.
Strategic Outreach: Identify and qualify high-value opportunities via outbound/inbound channels, networking, and partnerships.
Executive Engagement: Build rapport with CXOs and key stakeholders to understand business pain points and propose consultative solutions.
Revenue Ownership: Own and exceed annual revenue targets; manage forecasting and sales strategy for assigned territories (US/UK/Europe).
Proposal Management: Lead the creation of RFI/RFP responses, pricing strategies, and complex contract negotiations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful deal closure.
Account Growth: Nurture long-term client relationships to drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record in IT Services sales (Global markets).
Solid consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex, long-term sales cycles.
In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends.
