Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the complete operations of a residential apartment. The candidate will be responsible for managing both soft and technical services, ensuring smooth functioning, safety, and high resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Manage overall facility operations of the apartment Handle both soft services (housekeeping, security, landscaping) and technical services (STP, WTP, DG, electrical, plumbing) Supervise site team including supervisors, technicians, and housekeeping staff Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment Coordinate with vendors and contractors Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution Maintain reports, MIS, and compliance records Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory Ensure safety standards and statutory compliance

Requirements

Requirements 5+ years of experience in Facility Management (Residential preferred) Solid knowledge of technical systems (STP, WTP, DG, HVAC, Electrical) Positive team handling and communication skills Ability to manage client/resident expectations

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical preferred) Facility Management experience is mandatory

Pay: ₹75,000.00
- ₹80,000.00 per month
