Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for a full time, on-site role based in Latur. The Senior HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning

Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Policy Development

Experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Training Programs

Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Best Practices

Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with HR systems and tools is a plus
