- 1. Lead Generation Identify and map potential transport/fleet customers in assigned area. Collect customer details (fleet size, fuel usage, routes, payment mode, etc.). Create and share weekly lead/visit plans. Record customer interactions in company-provided web/app system. 2. Customer Enrolment Enrol new customers under the XTRAPOWER Fleet Card Program. Explain perks and position the loyalty program as a solution for fuel management. 3. Customer Activation Assist customers after card issuance until activation. Follow up to increase fuel usage through the XTRAPOWER program. Visit transport hubs and conduct awareness activities (Customer/Driver Melas). 4. Customer Servicing Update customers about new features, offers, and campaigns. Track and resolve customer issues. Submit monthly reports and attend official meetings.
