Staff Development: Hiring, supervising, evaluating, and mentoring teaching and support staff to ensure quality instruction. Student Achievement: Monitoring student progress, managing discipline, and ensuring a secure, supportive workplace. Curriculum & Instruction: Implementing curriculum standards, developing schedules, and reviewing educational programs. Administrative Operations: Managing the school budget, allocating resources, and maintaining school facilities. Communication: Acting as the primary contact between the school, parents, school board, and local community.
