The chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products. Key tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, decorating finished products, ensuring food quality and hygiene, and managing daily kitchen operations with a focus on efficiency and creativity. The individual will also assist in menu development and ensure recipes are consistently executed to maintain the highest standards of taste and presentation.Qualifications Proven skills in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation techniques Experience creating a variety of baked goods, including Cookies and Bread Attention to detail and a creative approach to pastry design and decoration Knowledge of food safety standards and a commitment to maintaining hygienic work environmentsAbility to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Formal training in culinary arts, baking, or a related discipline is preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the kitchen staff effectively
