Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Reservationist with excellent spoken English and solid familiarity with the US accent to support the group’s US-based short-term vacation rental portfolio. This is a remote role based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to confidently engage with international guests while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Reservationists at Yonder play a critical role in managing guest interactions, reservations, and coordination across multiple property brands, directly impacting revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and confirmations across multiple hospitality brands.
- Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.
- Coordinate with internal teams and property partners to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve reservation workflows and overall guest experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform additional related duties as required to support operations.
