Job Summary:

Responsible for installation, operation and maintenance of electrical systems at the mine site, ensuring high reliability, safety compliance and minimal downtime of mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical operations and maintenance of mine electrical systems and equipment.

Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.

Diagnose and rectify electrical faults promptly.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards and audits.

Assist in maintenance planning, budgeting and spares management.

Maintain electrical logs, compliance documents and MIS.

Support energy consumption monitoring and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualification & Certification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Valid Electrical Supervisor / LT / HT License is mandatory

Experience:

3–8 years in electrical operations & maintenance, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
