Description


Job Accountabilities:

  • Network Expansion / Business Development
  • Evaluate and analyse un-represented / under-represented Markets to Identify potential business opportunities for setting up new sites.
  • Monitoring new development, industrial & competitor expansion and analyse its impact on our existing network and assess new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate opportunities for Network Expansion/ Business Development in a defined geography.
  • Channel Partner management for identifying suitable channel partners with the desired real estate & investment capabilities for setting up new sites.
  • Develop sound / viable business options to enhance growth.
  • Monitor, and track the progress of new sites spec release and act in line with companys objective.
  • Network Planning
  • Monitoring network health through competitor benchmarking, to identify performance improvement opportunities and recommend business cases to facilitate decision.
  • Analyse opportunities for optimization of operations by improving facilities at existing Retail Network
  • Initiate facility Augmentation proposals to improve operational efficiencies & customer service.
  • Real Estate
  • Program manage to secure suitable land parcels for setting up sites.
  • Visit land sites offered for its evaluation.
  • Understand the statutory compliances for each site and recommend clear sites for network expansion.
  • Stakeholder management to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Handle site acquisition, lease surrender, and other related court cases to safeguard the companys interests.
  • Franchise Development
  • Understand the channel partner profitability and ROI to help them understand the business outcome and investment requirements.
  • Monitor and Facilitate Channel partner selection with various stakeholders in line with the laid down process.
  • Evaluation and assessment of the financial and business acumen suitability of potential franchisees.
  • Generation of leads in accordance with the Market Area Plan and to ensure brand identity compliance.
  • Ensure timely meetings with all expressions of interest received for geography.
  • Work together with state and statutory team for obtaining statutory requirements of proposed sites to enable on time commissioning.
  • MIS & Reporting
  • To maintain database of all expression of interest from geography being handled.
  • Monitor and maintain records of site wise progress for statutory applications, approvals, and construction.
  • Prepare and report progress on sites to state and HO.

5+ Yrs Experience in Channel sales any industries (link removed) Education MBA in Marketing (link removed)
