- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of local transport strategies and plan to ensure delivery on time with minimum cost. General Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customers or target area timely as per performance KPIs
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
- Collect payment and make bank deposition
- Follow the directions and guidelines stated in DKSH Freight & Transportation SOPs
- Ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
- Report any issues if found wrong direction while performing tasks
- Other's task assigns by manager Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation
- Solid Physically and committed to work
